These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using this website and requesting massage therapy services from AnnaMT, the professional massage therapy practice of Anna Struzhkova, LMT, a self-employed Florida Licensed Massage Therapist.

By using this website, submitting a form, requesting a callback, or scheduling a session, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or submit a request.

This website provides general information about massage therapy, bodywork, face massage, craniosacral-informed work, pricing, service areas, appointment requests, and AnnaMT services.

Massage Services

AnnaMT provides professional massage therapy and bodywork services for relaxation, muscular tension, general comfort, mobility support, and wellness.

Massage therapy may support relaxation, ease everyday muscle tension, and improve general comfort and mobility. Results vary from person to person. No specific result is promised or guaranteed.

Anna does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe treatment, or replace medical care. You are responsible for telling Anna about relevant health conditions, injuries, pregnancy, recent surgery, contraindications, medications, or other concerns before your session.

Anna may decline, modify, postpone, or stop a session if she believes it is not appropriate, safe, or within her scope of practice.

Appointment Requests

Submitting a form, requesting a callback, or asking about availability does not confirm an appointment.

An appointment is confirmed only after Anna responds and the date, time, location, session length, price, and any travel fee are agreed upon.

You are responsible for providing accurate and current contact information. Please contact Anna as soon as possible if your phone number, availability, address, or appointment needs change.

Mobile Massage and Travel Fees

AnnaMT may offer mobile massage sessions in selected service areas.

Mobile session availability depends on distance from Anna's mobile base, schedule, travel time, parking, safety, and whether the location is appropriate for a massage session.

Travel-fee estimates on the website are approximate. The final travel fee is confirmed directly with Anna before your appointment.

For mobile appointments, you are responsible for providing a clean, safe, quiet, and appropriate space with enough room for a massage table and supplies. Anna may decline or end a mobile appointment if the location feels unsafe, inappropriate, unsanitary, or unsuitable for professional massage services.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are based on the session format, session length, and any applicable travel fee.

Website prices are provided for general information and may be updated from time to time. The final price for your session will be confirmed before your appointment.

Payment is due at the time of service unless another arrangement is confirmed in advance. Accepted payment methods may be communicated before or at the appointment.

Rescheduling, Cancellation, and No-Show Policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact Anna as early as possible.

Please give at least 24 hours' notice when changing or canceling an appointment. This helps make the appointment time available to another client.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, miss your appointment, or are not available when Anna arrives for a mobile appointment, you may be charged a cancellation or no-show fee.

If Anna needs to reschedule because of illness, emergency, travel conditions, or another unexpected issue, she will contact you as soon as possible to arrange another time.

Late Arrival or Delayed Start

Appointments are scheduled for a specific amount of time.

If you are late or not ready at the scheduled start time, the session may still need to end at the originally scheduled time so Anna can stay on schedule.

For mobile massage, delays caused by access issues, parking, building entry, pets, room setup, or the client not being ready may reduce hands-on session time.

Full payment for the scheduled session may still be required.

Professional Boundaries and Conduct

AnnaMT provides only professional massage therapy and bodywork services.

Sexual, romantic, suggestive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, intoxicated, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior is not allowed.

Anna may refuse service, end a session immediately, and require full payment for the scheduled session if inappropriate conduct occurs.

Massage services will not be provided to a person who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or when Anna believes the session would be unsafe or inappropriate.

Draping and Client Comfort

Professional draping is used during massage sessions.

Only the area being worked on is uncovered, and private areas remain covered at all times. You may ask questions or request adjustments to pressure, positioning, temperature, music, or comfort at any time.

You may stop the session at any time.

Health, Pregnancy, and Contraindications

Please tell Anna before your session if you are pregnant, postpartum, recovering from surgery, managing a medical condition, experiencing new or unexplained symptoms, taking medication that affects sensation or circulation, or have been advised by a healthcare provider to avoid massage.

Prenatal massage may have additional requirements, limitations, or positioning considerations.

Anna may ask you to get clearance from a healthcare provider before receiving massage when appropriate.

Illness Policy

Please reschedule if you are experiencing symptoms of contagious illness, such as fever, flu-like symptoms, coughing, sore throat, vomiting, or other symptoms that could put others at risk.

Anna may reschedule or decline a session if illness symptoms are present.

Communications

If you ask AnnaMT to contact you by phone, text message, or email, you authorize AnnaMT to respond using the contact information you provide.

Appointment-related calls and text messages may be used to respond to your request, answer questions, coordinate scheduling, confirm details, and follow up about your appointment.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may reply HELP for help.

Consent to receive promotional text messages is not required to receive services.

Acceptable Use of This Website

You may use this website only for lawful, personal, and noncommercial purposes.

You may not:

• interfere with the website's operation or security;
